Bad VP. Baaaad.
Shame on you Vice President Biden, for having opinions before the president dictates them for you.

Etch-a-sketch come true?
Governer Romney secures his Republican primary victory and immediately starts courting the NRA. Yeah, I know why he is doing it, but is he just proving his skeptics right? I have to admit that I found it a bit disappointing. I don't remember guns ever being a big issue for him, but now, suddenly it is. Romney has some great credentials as one who can work with the other side and who does not let ideological perfection become the enemy of the good. But now with what appears to be such a cynical move, it is sad and a little unnerving to see how flippantly it seems his focus can shift. Republicans at large have to take some blame for this too. The Republican party has created such a toxic environment for anyone with the slightest diversity of opinion, that the only way to win their primary and have a chance in the general election is to be duplicitous. Fortunately for them, the electorate has a history of being incredibly forgetful. By the time of the convention, the Republican base will probably have forgoten that Romney ever had any other focus.
